Frequently asked questions
What people ask before booking
How is this different from a national cleaning service?
You get flat, published pricing and a vetted local cleaner matched to your job — not a rotating crew dispatched by a call center.
Which areas do you serve?
South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Granger, and Notre Dame. Ask if you're just outside this range.
Can you work around finals week or a tight move-out deadline?
Yes — this is the busiest week we plan for. Book early to guarantee your preferred time slot.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No. Many renters coordinate lockbox or landlord access. We send photos when the job's done.
