This Privacy Policy explains what information Bryon's List ("we," "us") collects through bryonslist.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Bryon's List is owned and operated directly by Bryon, based in Elkhart, IN, serving the Michiana area (South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Granger, and Nappanee).
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you use a signup, waitlist, petition, or contractor/employer form on this Site, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or city, and any message or remarks you include. If you place a bid or make a payment on an auction listing, we (and our payment processor, see below) collect what's needed to process that transaction.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically log technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this for basic site security and to prevent abuse — for example, to limit how many times a form can be submitted from the same network in a short period.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google on this Site, Google shares basic profile information (such as your name and email address) with us so we can create and manage your account. We do not receive your Google password.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to signups, waitlist requests, petition submissions, and contractor/employer applications.
- To operate auction listings you participate in, including processing payment through PayPal for winning bids.
- To maintain your account if you sign in with Google.

- Google — if you choose to sign in with a Google account, and for Google Analytics (see below).
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — the servers and network services that keep this Site running.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bryon's List, our users, or the public.

This Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this.
